We are pleased to offer Spinal Flow at The Angel Wellness Centre Salon in Birtley. Spinal Flow is a gentle complementary wellbeing technique that works with the spine and nervous system, taking a whole-body approach to supporting the body's natural processes and overall wellbeing.
Although Spinal Flow works with the spine and nervous system, it is about much more than simply the back or spine. The approach considers the body as a whole and recognises the different physical, chemical and emotional stressors we can experience in everyday life. Sessions at Angel Wellness are provided independently by a Certified Spinal Flow Practitioner.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING A SPINAL FLOW SESSION?
Spinal Flow uses a gentle approach, with no forceful manipulation or cracking. During your session, you remain fully clothed while your practitioner works gently with specific areas of the body as part of the Spinal Flow approach.
Your initial appointment includes an assessment as well as your Spinal Flow session, allowing your practitioner to take an individual approach to your experience. Spinal Flow is a complementary wellbeing technique and is not chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage, manipulation or medical treatment.

Spinal Flow recognises that wellbeing can be influenced by different types of stressors, including:
